Here’s how to get started.

First…Email me to ask for your FREE try-a-class pass…

1. Click the “Buy Now” button below to submit your payment via PayPal for the fitness classes you want (I also accept e-transfers and cash).

2. After you submit your payment, you’ll immediately receive your welcome packet with links to a waiver, a measurements chart, a health questionnaire, and a Par-Qplus form.

3. Please print off all the listed items/forms, fill them out and sign them.

4. Hand me all your completed forms at the beginning of our first class.

Outdoor Morning Classes

  • RIM Park – parking lot
  • Wednesday’s & Friday’s
  • 5:45 am – 7:25 am
  • $149 with a customized meal plan AND $97 without a meal plan
