You mention you speak in schools.  Does this include younger audiences?
Before I became a Certified Empowering Movement and Mindfulness Life Coach, I was an Early Childhood Educator for 14-years so my talks are kept fun and light, to share the same vital messages and on a level, younger audiences can easily understand and relate to.

How long are your talks?
You have the choice of a one-hour presentation or for a full-day, it all pends on what type of event you are planning.
