May - Client of the Month - Tara R,Proudly Tara has been with Body Business Bootcamp for over a year now and I have witnessed Tara make wonderful advances to her fitness level. Beginning with 1 Knee Push-up to doing over 15 Military Push-ups; from holding an Elbow Plank for 8 sec. to holding a Full Plank for over 60 sec. Always proving how fitness and positive thinking can make a huge impact on both your personal and family life. She believes in the true value of leaving your day ‘at the door’ and coming into every fitness class with a smile, demonstrating full focus on the body, its movements, and execution of exercises! Her positive outlook on life really shines in the energy she brings forth to class, her eagerness to take on each class, and demonstrating full effort right to the end. Having Tara part of the Body Business Bootcamp Team really demonstrates the “WHY” of exercise being part of a lifestyle!

What is a quote you live by?

Choosing to be positive and having a grateful attitude is what determines the kind of life I want to live.”

What brought you to Body Business?

Well I found that I was often too busy doing things for others and not setting aside anytime to take care of myself. I wanted to get healthy and in shape. My friend mentioned she was starting boot camp at Body Business, and despite being a little intimidated by the words “boot camp”, I decided it was the perfect time to take the plunge.

What do you enjoy most about Body Business?

I absolutely LOVE how I feel after a good workout! It’s an overwhelming feeling of accomplishment after every class. It truly feels great to do something for me and to push myself beyond what I ever thought I could do.

What are some health and fitness goals you have achieved since beginning with Body Business?

I am much more aware of my body, how I treat it and what I am putting into it. I feel great and my energy level has really improved. Tanya is such a great motivator and educator when it comes to health and fitness. She really knows her stuff and thankfully never hesitates to share all her knowledge. She pushes you to do better and genuinely cares about your success. It’s a wonderful feeling to be achieving your goals and having someone cheer you on as you go. That is what keeps me coming back every session!
