Laura is always ready to take on each class and perform all the exercises that are presented to her. Always arriving on time with enthusiasm, a positive spirit, looking forward to the variety of workouts and persevering right to the end.
Laura helps create a great camaraderie with new participants by welcoming them and making them feel part of the group.
As for her fitness levels, I have seen great improvements over the last couple of months, in fact I was just commenting yesterday on how she had no problem hammering out one minute of Kettlebell Swings with a 15-lbs. kettlebell, and holding a 60-second strong full plank.

What brought you to Tanya & Body Business?
I knew that I needed a new exercise regime and I saw the sign posted on Tanya’s lawn when I was riding my bike one day. I took it as the “sign” that I had been looking for.

Every session is different so you never know what to expect and you never get bored.
What are some health and fitness goals you have achieved since beginning Shape Shift Sessions?
I have rounded out my work outs with more toning. On my own, I really just focused on cardio but know have the tools to do so much more. One key weak area for me is abs and slowly but surely, they are getting stronger.
