February’s Client of the Month – Tamara

February’s Client of the Month – Tamara

tamaraFebruary represents our Heart. This is one of the reasons I decided to feature my client Tamara. From our first initial consultation I already felt a sense of determination, a mind set to persevere, a truly hard working personality. I can tell you that right up to the present day I continuously see these values presented in Tamara’s personality and in every one of our 1-on-1 training sessions. Tamara exuberates a positive attitude and finds wonderful humour in almost every given situation; you know days where your workouts feel impossible, or your co-ordination is not co-ordinating…Tamara is always able to smile at the end of each training session because she has proven to herself, once again, that she can do it! I look forward to every one of my training sessions with Tamara because of her positive attitude; our conversations are very refreshing and truly respectful. Tamara always speaks from her heart about life in general, and acknowledges, with honesty, the importance of how YOU, as an individual, need to take the initiative to make Health and Fitness an important part of YOUR life, no matter how busy or stressful your life can get!

What is a quote you live by?

We do tend to live at full throttle and so this one has always resonated with me:

The candle burns at both ends,
It will not last the night.
But ah my foes and oh my friends,
It gives a lovely light.

What brought you to Body Business?

Fatness, weakness, and a poorly lower back.”

What do you enjoy most about Body Business?

I know I should say the exercise but, because I work from home, it’s probably seeing Tanya and chatting about something completely different.”

What are some health and fitness goals you have achieved since beginning with Body Business?

My belly has the right kind of bumps in it. My migraines have gone. My lower back doesn’t hurt any more. I am stronger and can carry my short legged dog, and daughter, (not both at the same time) whenever they are tired or the snow is too deep for them.”
