Don’t let your excuses get in the way!
Lazy days of summer and you get out of your routine.
Then comes September, where you are back into a routine – LIFE GETS CRAZY & BUSY – your kids are back at school and into their extra-curricular activities; You’re trying to get your family organized, AND yourself organized!
The whole “AGH!!!!” feelings begin again.
It’ll be October, November, and before you know it, it’ll be December, Christmas, and you’re still meaning to get back into the gym – BACK INTO EXERCISING!
AND then comes January.
It’s the same thing – YEAR-AFTER-YEAR.
YOU join the gym in January and stay with it 30, 60, maybe 90-days, and “off the bandwagon”.
This is what I am encouraging YOU to do…
If you have not been at the gym, your studio, or wherever you work out, that’s fine, DO NOT GET UPSET WITH YOURSELF!
What you do need to do is take 20-minutes (2, 3, 4-days a week) and make time for YOURSELF.
- GO FOR A WALK
- RIDE YOUR BIKE
- GO FOR A HIKE
- GO FOR A RUN
- WORKOUT AT HOME
So that YOU stay with it…
YOUR TASK THIS WEEK:
“Take your calendar and schedule in two 20-minute time slots for YOURSELF.”
“Make an appointment with yourself.”
“Write down what you are going to do.”
