It’s shrewd thoughts that play in your mind, are real self-care killers and make you think you have to be perfect. WHATEVER PERFECT IS?!⁠

What’s something that you’ve been struggling to do “perfectly,” and has you actually contemplating, stopped dead in your tracks feeling undeserving and hesitant from getting it done?⁠

Is it taking some time for yourself? Asking someone to help you get a project done? Trying out a new exercise routine? ⁠
Diving into an activity you used to love to do? Having someone else help you around the house?⁠

OR IS IT SOMETHING ELSE?⁠

I’m here to provide you with the truth SO THAT you accept that “PERFECT” will never exist if you feel you aren’t good enough. SO, instead of trying to figure out how to make and do something perfect, MAKE IT HAPPEN instead. Lean in and enjoy the process that brings you joy.⁠

I speak from experience….. I used to think that everything I did had to be “PERFECT” BUT that only lead to my unhappiness and not feeling any self-worth. Trying to be better instead of accepting and loving who and I and my passions. ⁠

AND YOU KNOW WHAT? I’ll never be “perfect” – whatever perfect is – and who wants to be? NOT ME! I love who I am. I’m always ready, committed to coaching, and sharing my expertise with women SO THAT they can show up and transform to living and loving NOT PERFECT, but as who they are!⁠
