Create your 2016 Bucket list! 

Welcome to Your FIRST Challenge! One of the most important things we can remember is to “live life with INTENTION and never just let “life happen.”

As YOU launch into your next 8 Week Training & Coaching Program, you have an incredible opportunity to create and redirect your life into any direction you want to go.

YOU just have to know where you want to go!

You may already have a “Life Long Bucket List” (which is very cool if you do!)

This week, your challenge is to come up with a Bucket List.

You’re going to come up with 12 total items…. one for each month of the year. (It doesn’t have to be big- but it DOES have to be something fun that gets you excited or inspires you.)

It could be anything from reading a book you’ve wanted to read, to finally planning and taking that trip of a lifetime.

This is your chance to change things up a little bit this year….and live it with purpose and with INTENTION.

Recipe of the Week 

Paleo and Nut-Free Crispy Chicken Strips


  • 1 lb. chicken breasts (hormone & anti-biotic free)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • Dash Himalayan sea salt
  • Dash freshly ground pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. In a bowl combine flours, salt, and pepper
  3. In a separate bowl wisk together eggs
  4. Dip sliced chicken breasts into egg, then dredge in flour mixture – repeat until all chicken is coated
  5. Place chicken on parchment lined baking sheet
  6. Bake until crispy and golden, flipping halfway through, but juicy in the center (about 10-minutes each side depending on thickness of chicken breast)

Greens are amazing because they help to reduce inflammation in your body.  They have tons of antioxidants and phytochemicals that are valiant warriors in the fight against free radical damage that causes cancer.  

Weekend Workout
One Step at a Time:

  • Work your way up the ladder from 1 – 10 REPETITIONS.
  • Warm-Up, and Cool Down well, 5-10 minutes each
  • Walking Lunges 1-1
  • Suicide Pushups 1-1
  • High Skip in Place 1-1
  • Flutter Kicks 1-1
  • Jump Squats
