Penny brings a positive energy, power, and enthusiasm to our Shape Shift Sessions . She always comes to each class prepared, wiling, and ready for any kind of workout that I have planned. Always smiling, completing each exercise, giving herself that extra push, and never slowing down or stopping until class is finished.
Penny is a key role model to her family, friends, and co-workers, by both demonstrating and placing an importance on her health & her fitness levels; fitting exercise programs into her busy life; showcasing the importance of giving a little more-seeing what she is capable of. Rarely missing a class, I have seen her endurance, fitness levels, strength and power advance forward. It is a pleasure having Penny as part of our Shape Shift Team!
What is a quote you live by?

What brought you to Body Business?
A friend referred me to Tanya’s Fitness Sessions
What do you enjoy most about Body Business?
I enjoy the total body workout within these sessions. Tanya encourages us to work at our own pace, listen to our bodies and provides both low and high exercise options. I also like that it is a 40 min class, it takes an hour of time per session and is perfect for my busy schedule.
What are some health and fitness goals you have achieved since beginning with Body Business?
My goals: Committed to three exercise sessions per week; Two with Tanya and one on my own. Eating more nutritional meals & snacks, and keeping hydrated!
