1-simple tip for Organization and Less Stress!
So let me ask you…being a busy woman, do YOU have months or weeks where you’re just so overwhelmed because there is so much to do and you don’t know where to start?
If this is how you feel, I have a simple tip for YOU this week!
- To help YOU stay organized
- To feel less stressed,
- AND, feel the weight come off YOUR shoulders
So, from all your, “To Do” List, for example, taking the month of November, because we are mid-October, I want to you take your whole list and break it down to 3-tasks a week!
YOU have Monday-to-Sunday to finish those 3-tasks. Take on ONLY those 3-tasks a week, and that is it.
You’re going to find out if you do that for the whole month of November, you’re going to have accomplished a lot more, meaning…
- each 3-tasks will be complete by the end of the week, continue following the next week, AND, by the end of the month, YOU’LL have your, “To Do” list complete!
And this goes for work as well. If you have huge deadlines, for example, do 3-things/tasks per week; you’re going to get a lot more done completing those 3-individual tasks rather than doing only 1/2 of each task.
This is something I personally do in both my business and in my personal family life, and let me tell you, I’m getting more done, and because of that I’m feeling,
- Less Stressed
- A huge weight is off my shoulders
And I’m like, “YES!”, because I finished and completed things (tasks), “I DID IT!!”
So, my helpful tip for YOU, plan out the month of November, or for start, begin with the rest of October – WHY NOT!
